Construction, team and brand run in parallel
If the team is hired only once the building is finished and the brand designed only once the team is working, three things have to be improvised at once on opening day.
What should be in place 90 days ahead
Organisational structure and staffing plan before the first interviews, the positioning before the first photos, and a real trial operation of the service team at least two weeks before the first paying guest.
Food and wine in the same plan
Where the kitchen is a central part of the house, the wine list and sommelier training belong in the same schedule. Thinking hotel and restaurant together from the start saves weeks of rework.

What you should know
Do you work remotely or on site?
Both. We do the ongoing work remotely, by video and with shared documents. We come on site where it counts: for the walk-through, the training, the bank meeting.
What does working with you cost?
We work at a fixed price agreed before we start, per stage. We name the price after the first meeting, once we know your project.
In which language do you work?
In Montenegrin, German and English. We deliver reports in the language your owners, your bank or your funding body needs.
